Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delays

While we make every effort to ship within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
