Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the options below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at begentry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at begentry@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
